Whether you need a product demo, want to explore a partnership, or have a question about our open-source work — we read every message and respond within 24 hours.
We guarantee a human response within 24 hours on business days. For demo requests and partnership inquiries we typically respond within 4-6 hours during business hours (8 AM – 6 PM EAT, Mon – Fri). Urgent matters can be escalated by calling +254 726 631 615 directly.
What does the demo process look like?
After you submit a demo request we schedule a 30-minute discovery call to understand your use-case, user base, and compliance requirements. From there we configure a tailored sandbox environment reflecting your context — not a generic slide deck. The live demo walkthrough typically follows within 3-5 business days. We do not do cold demos; every demo is customised.
How can I contribute to your open-source projects?
Our open-source projects — AppGen-X, APG, Hyperion-EMV, and Dada Salama — accept contributions via GitHub pull requests. Start by reading the CONTRIBUTING.md in each repository. For larger feature work or if you want to discuss a contribution direction before coding, select "Open Source Contribution" in the inquiry form above and describe what you'd like to build. We maintain an active contributor Slack channel for real-time coordination.
How is your software priced?
Enterprise products (Lindela, MeGuard, Askari, Hyperion-X, FleetOptima, dArchiva, ALE, Shule) are priced per deployment contract — we do not publish list prices because every deployment involves different scale, compliance requirements, and support SLAs. Our open-source projects (AppGen-X, APG, Hyperion-EMV) are MIT/Apache-licensed and free to use; commercial support contracts are available. Dada Salama is entirely free as a CSR initiative. Contact us and we will provide a detailed proposal after the discovery call.
What geographies do you serve?
Our primary focus is Sub-Saharan Africa — Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Nigeria, Ghana, and South Africa account for the majority of our active deployments. We also have deployments in the broader East African Community (EAC) and COMESA regions. Open-source users span six continents. If you are outside Africa and have a use-case we should know about, reach out — we are selectively expanding geographic support where there is a strong mission alignment.
