Digital Evidence Capture
Photo, video, and document evidence collected via mobile device. SHA-256 hash generated at capture for chain-of-custody integrity. Evidence stored in encrypted vault. Transfer to ODPP requires biometric officer confirmation.
Biometric Action Receipts
Every significant action — arrest, evidence seizure, charge — is bound to the officer fingerprint and yields a tamper-evident receipt. Citizens receive an SMS confirmation. Eliminates disputed records entirely.
Inter-Agency Integration
Live queries to NTSA (vehicle/licence), IPRS (ID verification), and ODPP (prosecution status). eCitizen integration for fee payments. Planned: KRA for asset verification in serious crime investigations.
Court Bundle Generation
One-click assembly of all case materials — witness statements, evidence log, OB extracts, medical reports — into a formatted PDF court bundle. ODPP-standard cover sheet auto-populated with case metadata.
